It is important to understand that a deal is considered live and binding only when our clients receive a broker complete notification from their respective mortgage agent, broker, associate, sub-mortgage broker, or mortgage associate broker.

Therefore, Empire Mortgage Group, along with our team of mortgage professionals, cannot be held responsible or liable for any financing or rates provided under these terms. It is crucial to acknowledge and understand this distinction.
