Kyle is a proud life-long Hamiltonian, having graduated from business at Mohawk College in 2016. After several successful years in the luxury automotive industry, both in sales & finance with BMW and Mercedes-Benz, Kyle has decided to further pursue his passion for helping others by taking his talents to the mortgage industry.
Outside of work, Kyle’s passions lie with volunteering for the betterment of his community, specifically as a youth sports coach for both the Westmount Secondary boys’ basketball program, or as a flag football coach with HMFF.

Louis joined the Empire Mortgage Group in 2020, where he brings with him years of banking experience from TD Canada Trust and CIBC, as well as managerial experience working in the luxury Automotive Industry.
He currently holds and Honours Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Nipissing University, as well as a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto. Louis was born in Bangkok, Thailand, before quickly immigrating to the USA. He spent most of his early childhood growing up in Houston, Texas before moving to Canada in 1994. In his spare time, you can find him either fishing on Lake Simcoe, or hitting amazing bunker shots on the golf course. He still enjoys travelling back to Texas during the American Thanksgiving holiday to spend time with his family and friends.”

While pursuing her undergraduate degree at McMaster University, Mary-Anne started her banking career at TD Canada Trust and took a great liking to finance and real estate.
Upon graduation, she started her career in the mortgage industry as a underwriter at a medium size mortgage brokerage and then ventured off to CIBC as a Mobile Speacialist. After having spent some time in this role, Mary-Anne made the jump to the brokerage space where she services her clients with A, B and private lending options. Mary-Anne is a member of the West End Home Builders Association and is the former Chair of the Women in Industry Committee.
